with Jonathan “JP” Pokluda
Author & Lead Pastor, Harris Creek Baptist Church
We see it all the time: people in our churches are overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of sin, or walking through life numb and distracted. We preach the gospel—but they’re still not free. Why?
Because they’re in a spiritual battle and don’t even know it.
In this free, one-hour webinar, pastor and author Jonathan Pokluda—drawing from his latest book, Your Story Has a Villain—will help you equip your church to recognize and resist the enemy’s schemes. With biblical insight and pastoral urgency, JP will teach you how to disciple your church by addressing the spiritual battle beneath the surface of everyday life. Jesus is our hero, but we must teach our people to recognize and resist the villain in our stories.
The enemy is real, but so is the victory we have in Jesus.
Why understanding spiritual warfare is essential for discipleship today
How to help your congregation identify lies they’re believing and replace them with biblical truth
Practical ways to incorporate content from Your Story Has a Villain into your preaching, small groups, and pastoral care
